Why We Host Fundraisers
At Grazeful Creations, community impact is at the heart of everything we do. Since launching our fundraising initiative in 2024, we have hosted multiple community and unity-based fundraisers focused on bringing people together to support local causes and families in need.
This Galentine’s event marks a special milestone for us — our first fundraiser centered entirely around women supporting women, celebrating female-owned businesses, creativity, wellness, and meaningful connection while giving back to an incredible local organization.
Our Fundraising Experience
While this is our first women-focused fundraiser, Grazeful Creations has already successfully hosted two community fundraisers, each welcoming approximately 80–100 guests.
Through ticket sales, raffles, and physical donations, these events raised funds and essential items for local families and organizations. These experiences have allowed us to refine our event planning, partnerships, and donation process to ensure every fundraiser is thoughtfully organized, welcoming, and impactful.
This Fundraiser Supports: Mamas for Mamas KW
For this event, our community was invited to nominate organizations doing meaningful work. Through a random draw, Mamas for Mamas KW was selected as the organization we are proudly supporting.
Mamas for Mamas KW provides support, resources, and essential items to mothers and caregivers facing challenging circumstances. A portion of ticket sales, raffle proceeds, and physical donations collected at this event will go directly toward supporting local families within our community.

In addition to the group activities, we are offering a limited number of special experiences available on a first-come, first-serve basis:

To keep things fair, guests will be asked to sign up for one limited experience only.
Women Supporting Women
This event proudly features women-owned businesses from our local community. From artists and wellness providers to creative and food vendors, every collaborator involved in this fundraiser is a woman-owned business.
This night is about connection, empowerment, and uplifting one another — all while creating real impact for families who need support.
Raffle & Donations
Guests will have the opportunity to enter our fundraiser raffle, featuring generously donated prizes from local women-owned businesses.
We will also be accepting physical donations for Mamas for Mamas KW. A detailed list of requested donation items will be shared closer to the event date to ensure we are collecting items that are most needed.
